Screened-In Porch Dry Rot

This project came about during a screened-in porch conversion where large amounts of dry rot were uncovered. Along with new siding and pvc trim, the damaged plywood sheathing and header beams were replaced in two days. The cause was water getting behind the gutter and down into the wall. New flashing was installed with the proper kick out to help divert water into the gutter.
